HL7 Toolkit

HL7 has been and will be the integration protocol chosen to integrate the textual information of the patient record.   The structure of HL7 is free flowing, the standard allows a large degree of flexibility in packaging information.   Parsing and building HL7 messages is challenging, unless you get help from a comprehensive toolkit.  

This toolkit supports HL7 V2.2 to V2.5.  V3.0 support is forthcoming when the standard is released.   The toolkit also provides support for MLLP over TCP/IP
